How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Egypt usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city.

How will I know my order was shipped?

You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message once the courier is on the way.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If the order has not shipped yet, yes — contact us via WhatsApp immediately to update it.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I try the items at delivery?

Yes. You may try the item while the courier is still there.

Can I return or exchange if I don’t like the item?

Yes — you can exchange or return on the spot at delivery.

Can I exchange after delivery?

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours if the item is in perfect condition.
Courier fees apply.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only accepted at delivery. Once the courier leaves, refunds are not possible.

Sizing & Fit

Are your items free-size?

Some items are free-size and designed to flow effortlessly.
Others come in standard sizing.
Check the size notes in each product description.

I’m not sure about sizing — can you assist?

Yes! Send us a WhatsApp message and a stylist will help you choose the right fit.

Payments

Can I pay by card?

If credit/debit card is available at checkout, you can pay online.
Otherwise, Cash on Delivery is always available.

Where are your clothes made?

All pieces are designed and produced in Egypt using carefully selected fabrics.

Do you restock items?

Many designs are crafted in limited editions, so restocking is not guaranteed.

How do I log in or create a new account?

1. Enter your email address on the sign-in page.

2. Click "Continue" (or equivalent button).

3. We will send you an email containing a unique, one-time verification code.

4. Enter this verification code on the website to complete your login or new account setup.

5. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Can I complete my purchase without creating an account or logging in?
